At Braun Clocks & Watches, we stand by our commitment to precision and quality; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and documentation included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the clock or watch you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your timepiece in its original Braun presentation box and place it inside a secure shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and mechanical integrity, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
